Refund Policy

1. Tournament Entry Fees

Entry fees are refundable ONLY if the tournament is cancelled by Turaplay. If you leave a tournament voluntarily or are disqualified, no refund will be issued.

2. Failed Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails but money is deducted from your account, it will be automatically refunded by your payment provider within 3-5 business days. Contact support if issues persist.

3. Account Bans

Users banned for violating our Fair Play Policy (cheating, hacking) are NOT eligible for refunds of any remaining balance or entry fees.
